As a resident of Concord Ridge. I can’t say enough good things about Beth and her staff. They take excellent care of me. They address all my concerns and needs in a timely caring manner. Everyone at Concord Ridge goes above and beyond in their caring of me. My mom moved into Concord Ridge Health & Rehabilitation. I know right now they're going through a bunch of construction, so it's kind of rough right now, but the room my mom is in is nice and clean. The maintenance of the facility is nice and wide open. The staff has been very nice, and courteous, and kept me informed on all the different things that are going around in the facility and with my mom.

The staff is unprofessional, the staff is not on top of things, the clients ring their buzzers and no one responds, it took 15 minutes until someone came in the room. It’s not modern at all. The beds are uncomfortable and the food is garbage. I will be sending an email to the AMA and whoever else. The rooms are clean and no trash cans in rooms.

This is a very nice place it’s clean doesn’t smell like some nursing homes. The only thing I have to complain about is the STN’A’S Every time you need an STNA you can find them sitting around on their cell phones and they act like they don’t wanna do any work some of the not all the other night I asked my nurse if I could go to bed and the STNA said to the nurse that I would have to wait until the dining room was cleaned up well I looked and the dining room was cleaned up.and to my surprise two of the STNA grabbed …

My mom was taken care of here and I absolutely hated how the staff treated her. The nurse would ignore her requests and she didn’t get the help she needed. My mother told me about how one of the nursing assistants (her name was Taylor for anyone who might have had the same experience) was completely awful, my mother had an accident and sat in it for hours before this lazy girl finally got around to changing her. That’s completely despicable, and how could someone treat an elderly patient like that? Tried explaining…
