PositiveOur family's experience
The independent living side was good. It's older and a little outdated but they have lots of activities for seniors. Everybody seemed to be really nice and the staff was nice. However, their elevator broke down a lot, which is terrible if you're on the third floor like my parents were.

The friendliness of the residents. Yes, I would recommend concordia of Bella Vista to others. It is really a great place. There's a lot of activities always going on and everyone I've encountered has been so friendly. Only adjustment was going from a 2000 square-foot house to a one bedroom apartment but I'm definitely coping with that. They clean once a week and the food is very good to get choices so there's always something and if you don't like either one of the entrées they have a grill where you can get burger…

Dad no longer lives there it was ok but pricey and new management but lots of activities if they are social. They were working on updating some of the units and property it was just too much for dads limited social abilities.

PositiveGreat place for retirees
Everyone working there seems to know my mom's name. They smile and laugh, and they bend over backwards to help her. It was the best decision to go there. The sides and salads are good to very good but the main course meat is often sub par. Tastes very cheap. They need to quit trying to make them fancy and stick to things that are reliable. They have always have such beautiful decorations up and she really enjoys the variety of entertainment offered!

Concordia of Bella Vista would be very nice for independent living, but for assisted living, the facility is awful. We would not want to go there. The assisted living facility is separate and completely different. It is all just studio apartments. There are no rooms with a separate bedroom, so it's all one room. All they have is a countertop refrigerator, which is just a little square refrigerator. There is no microwave. There's no place outside. The only place they can sit outside is right at the front e…

They recently changed management so othered people may have better experience.. Expensive studio sized apartment, fridge and oven aren't standard size they do have house keeping but if you cant read well or are shy they don't go out of way to invite you to activities
