CriticalMy boyfriend's mom had been to Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation for two months. At that place, getting the nurses' attention was not the best response time. And at that place, we didn't see any growth despite being focused on rehab. We had a few conflicts with the staff that led to some concerns. There were no serious incidents, but I was trying to make sure that my loved one was changed on time and that she made it to her physical rehab and was supported that way. The appearance was nice. I…

CriticalSeems like a great place to walk in but once your relative is there goes down hill. My Father was left in Diarrhea which was never reported to nurse vy the aides for 5 days. He was sent to Hospital with high white blood count once and recovered and the 2nd time with low O2 rate which he recoved . While he was in the Hospital Housekeeping or staff not only stole his cellphone but also stole in books he had plus some of his clothes. The only thing packed up was in phone charger and a few of his tshirts. When this was…

PositiveMy mom has been to rehab at Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation. It was good, and the staff was very patient, attentive, and caring. They worked with Mom in her physical and occupational therapy and did a pretty good job. My mom had a roommate, and there are usually 2 people in a room -- which is not huge but pretty decent-sized. They had lots of activities like Bingo, sing-alongs, and outings to places like museums, so it's a pretty good place.

PositiveMy mom is in Legend Oaks. The room that she is in is fine. It is nice. She is on the side with the window, and she likes that. She likes bingo and participates in several activities. Sometimes the food is good, and sometimes she does not like it. Most of the staff I say is really good.
