PositiveThe Staff at Copperstone were very helpful in getting Mom moved in & taking care of the transition. They are all kind & go out of their way to make this potentially difficult time as easy as possible. The activities [lunch, dinner, entertainment, trips to grocery & restaurants] make it more of a community than an apartment complex. For those not needing constant nursing care, I recommend Copperstone is a nice retirement home.

CriticalVery poor management and maintenence. Housekeepers sleeping in resident loynge areas during working hours. Food quality poor. This was from July 2010 to May 2011.
