The tour I had at Coral Oaks Care Living was decent. The staff was very friendly. They were really good with what they needed to do. I did not care for the facility as much though. I felt it to be outdated, and it had more of a hospital feeling to it. It seemed a little outdated from what other living situations were. The rooms were OK. It's more of the environment that everyone's in. So, they can't really move anywhere else besides the rooms. There weren't really facilities to go anywhere, and …

CriticalWorst time ever
Be sure to know what your loved ones have, if they pass they keep what they want and not knowing your situation are rude and if you call patients answer the phone at facility, trying to get a return call took me 7 months only to speak to a rude woman who stated she would sue me for asking what happened to his possessions, any clothing that was returned was burned with cigarette holes, I would never recommend this place
