Great Senior Care

My mother-in-law has been at Gracian in Pleasant Hill for just over a year. We cannot say enough about Gracian Homes and the care they provide our mother. We are welcome to stop by at any time to visit and check on her. The home is clean and well appointed, they have activities for the residents, she is fed well and always clean and happy. She has access to a nice patio where she can socialize with the other residents under the watchful eye of her caregivers. The caregivers are friendly and loving, and genuinely ca…

Gracian Home is Exceptional

Our father just turned 90 years old and has been a resident of Gracian Home for the past two and half years. Willie, Alex, Lordes and all the staff have been attentive, caring and have become part of our family. Home cooked meals are provided daily. The home is clean, bright and pleasant with easily accessible outdoor patios and very well organized. Critical

Avoid this place

My husband lived here 4 months and was traumatized! He lost weight, was constipated and they tried to sedate him day and night. Since moving to a care facility with caring staff he has put on weight, never been constipated, or used any sedation - and he's happy. Don't believe things they say to you when you first look at this place. After moving in they didn't honor their word with us.
