The staff made the difference. Warm and friendly and welcoming! They worked with us well when things didn't go as well for my mom as hoped when moving in. She wound up not being able to move all the way in because she got sick. But the staff worked with us and made it all as painless as possible

For most categories, I would give a 5. We've been very impressed by the Coterie. For #5, I would give them a 4. There were a few snafus that they could have handled better. It feels so much like home and I would say that I am looking forward to spending the rest of my life here. I feel cared for by our superb staff, feel engaged in our diverse activities, entertained by so many events and pleasantly surrounded by friendly and interesting fellow residents.
