Great place for loved ones

Basically everything was Fantastic. They were able to onboard him easily. The office staff was top notch. The head nurse was great. Staff was super helpful. He was only there for roughly 3 weeks before he passed. But they were fantastic working with getting him to the hospital and back. And the integration with hospice and allowing him to pass peacefully was just great. I really can't give them high enough grades.

Nice staff

We love the cottages at peoria, my mom is very happy here. The place is clean including her room. The staff is good. My mom is not getting enough to eat and has lost weight. Mom has mentioned that she is not being changed at night even when she's ringing the bell for staff to come. Overall my mom is happy being there.

Amazing all around

The staff and facility at Cottages at Peoria are the leanest and most caring people and I'm so glad. They are there the facility is always clean and I appreciate that it looks like a home. I couldn't have found a better place for my dad.
