A wonderful place to live.

Everyone at Cottonwood Village is so kind and supportive of each other. The staff are dedicated and helpful, the food is always delicious and I’m happy to have been able to move here. Looking forward to all the available activities.

Kindness to Everyone

In memory care there doesn't seem to be any activities together in or out of the ward except eating and watching tv. The employees work very hard for the residents, and all are very kind. Haven't had an issue with a single person working there. They ALL go above and beyond, and listen when I have questions or concerns. I have a new job and my new boss's sister is a resident in the same facility in memory care with my dad. We both work about 45 minutes away from the facility and there is another facility less than…

Great staff, disappointed commitment

The staff were caring, friendly and helpful! The facility for memory care is not secure! My mom was able to get out and wander off site with no alarm or observation. Instead of securing the facility, they evicted my mom! Then they blackmailed us to give us back the resident fee by making us promise not to report them. Corporate greed.

Feeling at Home Already

It really was a 5. I was not expecting the high level of both care and caring. Everyone has been great. I would add that both the staff and other residents really made my mom feel welcome, and although she was not sure how she would feel about moving in, she now thinks it really was the right decision for her.
