Country Meadows Village serves excellent food. I have no complaints. The wait staff is very personable. I gained 10 pounds after I got here. There's always something pleasurable on the menu, and they always have daily specials. Sometimes it piques your interest, and sometimes it doesn't, but they have a huge menu to choose from. This is reasonably priced and the staff I deal with are accommodating. They have our apts cleaned weekly and keep the common areas clean. We have out of town guest preform some sort of music in the central meeting area. The food is very good and s nice variety. Their is a charge for dinner guests. But that is fair. We have a print out for the Easter menu already. They do have a large room for we can reserve for dinner guests. They have housekeeping that will change out bed linens too. As a former resident this facility has deteriorated greatly in its service, upkeep of the building and how it addresses its residents from pre-pandemic times. As things break; water softener, window seals, food service equipment it is either not repaired or down graded. Features of the place when I first moved in, spring and summer flowers, salad bar, activities meant to bring residents out....all no longer part of the place. Country Meadows Village was very nice except that it was too huge for me. I have a daughter in Germany and they do not provide any accommodation for her when she comes for vacation. That was one of the problems I had with them, and then they were so huge that you'd get lost in there. I like the lady who visited with me. She was terrific. She was very, very nice.
