Great Place to Live

I went like a prince, 3 chef prepared meals, housekeeping and wandering once week, fun activities, and always great service. The caregivers in medical staff are just sensational. If you have your own car and drive, there's always had a good parking.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Mom was a resident here before. It was very nice. The staff was very personable. The ones that I encountered were very nice and patient with Mom. Sometimes, Mom would not let them come in her room to do any cleaning, so it was very difficult, but they sure did try, and when they were able to get in, they did it. A lady would come and do her laundry for her. Their food was freshly made right in the kitchen, and they had a variety. Mom had a one-bedroom, and it was a very nice, big room. The wonderful staff makes this place home

I would say 5 for all the categories, with the exception of #5. But I will note that Mom doesn't take part in many of the activities due to her age and some health restrictions. Also, I don't really have a lot of interaction with a majority of the admin staff. However, if that includes the care givers, med techs, dining room, etc.....they are all stars and deserve a 5. They pay attention to the residents, even when they are not specifically serving a resident. That is a part of their routine from front desk to the maintenance people.
