My mom had total knee replacement surgery and I had to find a skilled nursing facility for her to recover. I chose Country View Manor because it looked good on the internet. The choffer who took her from the hospital to the facility was in a hurry and caused the nurse to release her from the hospital in a hurry as well. She didn't get a chance to change into her clothes. In the middle of January I was afraid she might get cold so I gave her my jacket at least. I followed them to Country View Manor and saw that…
