Not sure how there are ANY positive reviews. My mom was sent here for short term rehab. The nurse/ med techs were awful! They told her that they would not help her to the bathroom and that she needed to use a diaper. A couple of days later, I walked in (unannounced) to a nurse scolding my mother in the bathroom; standing over her in her wheel chair. They talk to the patients with no respect of dignity. They only checked her blood sugar one time the entire week she was there. Her health quickly declined; she told th…

My husband is in Country Village Care and it's great. They're good and friendly people, they serve good food for the residents, and they take good care of them. The food is good and there's plenty of light in the rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have lots of activities like bingo, playing cards, and dominoes. There are lots of things going on all the time and they have a good barber shop. The living atmosphere of the place is very comfortable and has been remodeled.

I was at Country Village Care for rehab. The staff was so nice. The food was good. It was real pretty. They had remodeled it in the last couple of years, so it looked real nice and fresh inside. I just had a standard room with two beds in it. Each person in the room had their own TV and remote. It had a full size bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower. We had my dad in Country Village Care. He passed away in December 2020. I like the nurses. They were kind to him. I like the way that the facility is organized in pods, where people in one certain area eat together in their little area. They had lots of activities for the seniors. I was not pleased with the rehab portion, though. My dad had dementia. We took him there because he had had sepsis. He was recovering from sepsis, and he was on a high-powered antibiotic that made his dementia worse, but whenever I told p…

As beautiful as the facilities are in the Memory Care Unit, it is the employees that work there that really impress me! I have never seen such caring and hard working people! They truly take an interest in all of the residents there and treat them as if they are one of their own family members! I went to Country Village to visit a friend who likes it very much there. There is a lot of space to have family, like a gathering area, and I can go visit him and take him out. They have a nice yard in the back where they can take them in a wheelchair for walks, which he really likes. I’ll probably give it a 5 from what I’ve seen when I walked in and how it is outside.
