We had a very positive experience with everyone at Country House. From [name removed] to [name removed] and the staff we're all very very accommodating. We like the place the Phisical place her room was probably just about right for her because she had dementia and they said smaller rooms work better for dementia patients we had to move her from one room to another room earlier and [name removed] in maintenance was very accommodating to help us do that. I cannot recommend CountryHouse Memory Care based on my family’s experience. During my mother’s stay, I encountered repeated concerns regarding her personal care and supervision. On multiple visits, I found her room and furnishings soiled with urine and feces, including instances where bedding, furniture, and flooring required cleaning. There were also occasions when my mother was found sleeping through meals or not prepared for the day well into the morning. Despite documenting these concerns with photographs and …

Everyone was very friendly and provided lots of information and were very helpful in the decision and moving process. The rooms are nicer and the house much more interesting than the other memory care facilities I toured. Also there are more residents so better chance of my high functioning sister to find friends. Overall experience was 4. I would give 5's to Cleanliness, friendliness, food, Administrative staff and activities. Quality of care was good overall (4 rating) but too often had to wait quite a while or track down a caregiver to help to come help at times. The facility was very nice, but pretty costly and would rate that a 3 based on care received. The facility is very nice and the staff was always very welcoming.
