After having lived at Courtyard by Jamestown for more than 2 months, I can honestly say I am impressed with the exceptional level of care I receive here. The abundant number of staff members are kind, considerate and make me feel they are happy to assist me in whatever way I may need. Chef [name removed] creates a wide variety of delicious meals which are a highlight of every day. Courtyard at Jamestown in Provo, Utah is a Four Star Cruise on Land

Courtyard at Jamestown is amazing. I call it a 4 Star Cruise on land! There are activities all day long from 9 am to 9 pm. There are so many quality entertainment groups who volunteer to perform that they turn many great groups away. There are field trip excursions by bus 3 times a week MWF. Every Thursday is a trip to the Payson Temple. Church services on site. May choose doctors who visit on site. Staff members are very kind.

When my mom first moved there it seemed like a great place. My mom started complaining about some things and it took me some time to see them. One day I came by for a visit and she had fallen and nobody was responding to her pendant call. She had been there for awhile and I finally had to walk downstairs to ask for some help. We made a good choice and that we are happy with the care and attention the staff gives to our loved one. It is a great fit for our loved one and we don't have any worries knowing they are in good hands. Also it is so nice to be able to go visit just to visit and enjoy being with our family member and not have to focus on having to fix something or take care of something while we are there.

I visited this facility

I went to look at Courtyard at Jamestown Assisted Living. They didn't show any of the rooms. They said every one of their rooms was occupied. They have a salon and a dining area. But you have your own kitchen. The facility was nice, new, and clean.
