PositiveI was a patient at Courville for almost 2 months. I can’t say enough about the staff, they were absolutely amazing. Amy, Stephanie and Sara were staff that helped a lot. Manny, the nurse was great, everyday singing and laughing. If you needed medicine or a question he was there. Rooms were decent, cleaned everyday. Food was questionable. Good n not so food. CriticalMy mom spent two weeks at Courville after her hospitalization. The facility is clean, the room are hospital like, the staff seems friendly. They do not have phones in the room. If we needed to speak to my mom or she needed to call us, they would wheel her from her to the phone. She is not good with a cell phone so does not have one. Not all elderly can use a cell phone. CriticalI was not impressed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. No real concerns on that front, but I just didn't care for the facility as much. PositiveMy spouse has moved into The Courville at Nashua. The staff are excellent. She's in a shared room, and she does really like that. It's fine, not very homey, but more like a hospital. CriticalMy mom was at Courville at Nashua. She stayed there when she had her knee surgery. She was there for rehab. The staff was nice, but I feel like they didn't care a lot about our privacy. They were helpful, but sometimes she would be calling for a while and nobody would answer her. But she was the only one in this specific area, so there wasn't anybody going by. The food was good. CriticalVERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS FACILTY. Don’t be fooled by the Starbucks bar, by your own Starbucks and spare your loved ones of this place. My mother came here for rehabilitation after a hospitalization and I regret sending her here. She did not receive the therapy she needed, was told Medicare will only pay for a combined physical and occupational therapy for 30 minutes a day. The therapy was itself was poor.
