Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. I would you recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for themselves or a loved one.

Amazing staff

Every single staff member were amazing. Some of them even spent some of their own time talking with him. They cared about every aspect of his wellbeing. They offered many activities and tried to engage him, but he was still going through the adjustment of not living on his own, he was starting to take part in things before he past. From a financial aspect .... this facility does not work with medicaid an therefore is way out of reach of the common man. The staff is beyond reproach, courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable in their field.

We were impressed with our tour of Nashua Crossings. The staff were friendly and attentive and the facility was clean with a good layout, and many inviting common areas. The information was thorough and well presented.

Our Families Experience

There is a lot of dysfunction at this facility and lack of communication. I would not recommend this place. Communication in general. Doesn't appear that anyone talks to one another. I've had many calls with the nursing director and executive director.

Loving Staff

My Mom (92 years old with long term dementia, wheelchair) has spent the past year in "The Harbor", the secure Memory Care Unit at Nashua Crossings. It has been the best experience for both of us! Mom is happy, well fed, entertained with many activities, and comfortable with all of the familiar faces. It is obvious that she feels loved by all of her caregivers as well as other staff members.
