Creek Side Manor

I would like for the staff to be checking on my loved one for dressing and hygiene care more. There have been times that my loved one's items have gone missing during the laundry services. The staff are pretty approachable and seem concerned with the questions or concerns the family has. Creek Side is assisting with medication management and bathing for my loved one.

Hi the place is kept clean meals are on time and pretty good,but the snacks they say they have they don't usually have. when you ring your buzzer for assistance it can take up to an hour at times for someone to show which would not be good in an emeregency.when the staff tells you they will be right back that means sometime that day definitely not right away.I have to ask usually 2 or 3 times to get something done.

Over promised, under delivered.

My husband's parents went into the facility together. Much was promised during the tour and little was provided. The meals ended up being prepared by whoever had a free moment. Not good at all and forget about the offer to make you something else if you just couldn't eat another dish of mac and cheese. Management promoted this feature big time. Seemed nice, rooms were a decent size and it was clean. Location not to appealing, the view was the highway and not much else. Seemed a bit to pricey considering location.

Wonderful Place!!

I have no complaints about how things went for my mother while she was living at this community. The staff treated her just like family and where very attentive to all of her needs. I could have not asked for a better place for her to be at and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested.

Very, very nice!! All of the staff and workers are kind and do their job well.. They are caring and also communicate well with my aunt and the family who all comes to see her.. We are more then satisfied!
