My mother was placed in Creekside’s nursing and rehabilitation center. I will never recommend that place to anyone. The care was absolutely horrible! The building is UNBELIEVABLY FILTHY! If you are looking for a clean place for your family member you will want to run from this one!! Management along with housekeeping and nursing staff are absolutely terrible!! You ask for things to be cleaned and the housekeeping staff gives you a look as if you’re speaking Greek. They will say they are coming back and you never se…

My dad moved into Creekside Village. The doctors and everybody else are very nice there. I love the gym and the dining room. His bedroom looks OK, but the carpet and the bed could use some cleaning. The upkeep and cleanliness of the place is good. My dad was eating supper last night, and it looked pretty good. He had a nice fresh salad with chicken in it and soup.

I visited a friend here. The residents seemed to enjoy it and they don't have any problems being there. When I went to visit the assisted living side I'd go on and sit down and have lunch and dinner with them. The food looked good. It was pleasant looking and appetizing. Everyone was friendly.
