Our experience was coming from an assisted living facility where my mom fell and broke her nose on day 1, different staff all the time, our #1 request of socialization for our mom and they rarely brought her to the dining room. They had no activities and our mom sat in her room until she decided she hated it there and left the building and walked down the highway until a good Samaritan called the police. . They have the same staff working with my mom for continuity. They are very communicative with me and listened to my suggestions for how best to transition with my mom to make her feel at home. I get weekly updates and other calls to keep me involved with decisions. My brother and I are very pleased.
