If you are looking to send your loved one to a place where they can be taken care of, this is not the place for you. Their staff sit around, the food is horrible, they don’t take care of their residents like they should. My relative has not had their nails cut, or hair washed in a year. You can ask them if they could help but they give excuses. Most of the staff don’t want to do their job. This is getting out of hand.
