PositiveWe went to Cresthaven Senior Living Community, and we really liked it a lot, so we signed up with them, but right now my brother is in the hospital and having very serious health problems. Hopefully, we're going to go there next week; I really like it. The people were very nice, and they had a lot of men, so I'm hoping that he can find a friend or something. We went there because they also take Medicaid. They also have a memory care system and physical therapy. It is all in one place, and that's real…

CriticalI went to Cresthaven Senior Living. It's terrible. I don't know how that place is open. It's disgusting. I don't know how people live there. It's dirty. No AC. I went out from there, and I was disgusted with that place. The bathrooms were dirty. You can see that they don't take care of the people. They were not professional. I didn't talk to the nurses, but you can see that the people there weren't doing anything. The place was ugly. They had a little patio, and it was all dr…

CriticalI thought the facility was kind of rundown, and so it needed to be upgraded. Some parts of it, they've already started. They showed me a model room. They didn't seem to be as organized as some of the other facilities as far as how they set their tours up and so forth, because I ended up doing the tour with someone else to a certain extent. That part wasn't too pleasant, but I went through it, and it was OK. I understood that it was going to happen, but I agreed to do it because I wanted to get my tou…

PositiveI toured Cresthaven Senior Living. I think that it'll be perfect for my daughter because everyone is friendly. She'll be able to meet new people, and they do have three meals a day. They will help her with her meds. So, I think everything is falling into place. The staff was very helpful and very respectful. She took us on the tour and everything seemed very clean and well organized. I felt that it was going to be a very friendly and positive place. It was originally a hotel, so there were hotel rooms, wh…

CriticalThe rooms are small, dark and dirty. My father in law is in there right now. Has been there for approximately 3 years and it has been down hill for about 4-5 months. They can’t t get the beg bugs and infestation under control. Housekeeping is once a week and they are rationed with detergent and other necessities for the residents. Family members have to come in and change the sheets, sweep and mop and sometimes take laundry home to wash for the residents. If you have any one there and you care for them—GET THEM OUT…
