PositiveI stayed in Crestview Court for rehab. I had physical therapy, and the food was great. They have great cooks there. They have a beautiful dining room and spacious rooms with closet space and a hutch. I was always in my room by myself, but it's big enough to accommodate two people. The only thing I didn't like about them is that they don't have showers in the room. It had a bathroom, the commode, and the sink, but I had to use a community bathroom where the staff takes you to get a bath. It was very c…

CriticalMy mom stayed at Crestview Court for three weeks. The facility was great. It's just the customer service that was bad. You went in, and everybody was always in a meeting. You can't get anything straight. They were disorganized. We can't talk to anybody about my parent's care. You tried to figure out what was going on, and nobody could tell you anything. That's why my sister moved my mom because she got tired of that. The room was nice. The dining area was nice. But the customer service was …

CriticalMy aunt is in Crestview Court. Her room is just a standard room. It's got double-sized hospital beds. Currently, she does not have a roommate, so she's got pretty much the entire room to herself. The room has a nightstand right next to the bed and then, of course, two wardrobes for each patient to have their own space for their clothing and other items. There is an onsite chef. At first, my aunt said that she liked the food there. Now she says that is a lot of the same things over and over again. There ar…

CriticalI only gave them 1 star because the facility is nice. But other than that, the service is horrible. I wouldn't send my dog to go there to get better. THEY DO NOT CARE!! Please do not send your loved ones to that awful place. Nice facility but the staff is rude and unprofessional. My dad was sent there after he got out of the hospital to get better but his health declined and he died less than 2 weeks after been there. To add insult to injury, Crestview never called me or my family to let us know that my dad was rus…

CriticalIf I can give this place zero stars I would. My dad went in for rehab from a stroke. Just say he didn't make it out. He died! No one from the facility bothered to call and let us know. We first found out from the medical exams office. Not one time did they call and give their condolences. Before my dad passed away. I often visited him just to find him soiled. When I would try and let the nursed and cna know, they would develop the funkiest attitude. They showed no compassion or empathy for my dad. They were al…

PositiveMy family was in the process of transferring my grandmother out of this building. There is a wonderful lady name Sherise the Director of Nursing that made me and my family a promise to correct any problems and shortcoming that we experienced. Horrible nurses that are no longer there and the treatment of my grandmother within a 2 week period I admire this lady for keeping her word and making sure that my family was informed and given great service. My grandmother remains in facility and Sherise is a GOD send. Thanki…
