At first, we were hesitant to place dad over there. Before making decision, we asked a lot of questions and samples of scenarios to check their procedures/processes. We had some reservations even though it looked they know what they are doing. As days go by, we became more and more comfortable for dad. We used to visit my dad almost every other day. We found the perfect place for my dad! The manager is very knowledgeable about dementia care. She has a very good plan of care. The staff are very professional.

The place is clean and well maintain. The staff are very friendly. My mom loves the food prepared. We can communicate to the nurse very easily and provides us update and discuss the plan of care. The manager is very respectfully and responsive to concerns. My mom is being taken care of really well.

DO NOT send your loved one here! Caregivers are here on a Visa for 2-3 months at a time and are constantly changing. We got VERY lucky with one of the caregivers. The rest were awful and did not care about their job (smoked on the property, blared music, walked around in nothing but a towel). The owner is terrible. Puts on a great show at first but is all talk. Never has groceries delivered on time so on numerous occasions.... the residents run out of food. Dinner one night was one slice of bologna. Dad Didn't Want to Go to Assisted Living, But We Found a Good Place for Him

My loved one really likes it here. They treat my loved one well. The food is good, according to my loved one. It is a nice place. There is no office staff, I interact mostly with the owner. I communicate with the owner, and that is the reason for the lower score. The staff is friendly, they seem to all be from Jamaica. The staff has turned over three times since my loved one has been in the community.

We chose Cridge Home Care because of the value for the money and it is a smaller community so there is more attention paid to the few residents that they have. It is also convenient to where we live. We talk on the phone and text and sometime email, so they are good with communication and the nurses call me if they need me. The meals here are homemade and always look and smell really good. I would recommend them to others looking.
