PositiveOverall it's a nice place and my mom seems happy there. The direct care could be better and more consistent across shifts. They are suppose to be toileting her every 2 hours. This is not happening. We have brought it up to management a few times already. The food is ok- the menu lacks fresh fruits and vegetables. They keep the place clean. Staff needs to more attentive to needs of residents. Ie- If they look tired, offer to bring them to the room to lay down for a nap. I visit daily to make sure my mom is cared for…

PositiveThey are great on all parts the staff was absolutely amazing My Dad's room is a nice size for him. Since I live out of state visiting him and taking him for outings was very easy to sign him out and when we return they always welcomed us back. Overall I would definitely recommend Crimson Ridge to anyone in need of a facility for their loved one.

Residents are typically without utensils and are waiting. Small plastic cups with fruit punch/lemonade given at meals. These frequently are spilled due to being lightw…
