Overall, I am happy that I chose this place for my mom's care. It was a good choice, although I think it all depends on what you are looking for and what you want for your mother. I liked everybody there. The staff was proficient, friendly, and kind. The food was good, and I liked that the rooms were private. I felt it was a good value for the money. Crossroads Manor is amazing. Our loved one was scared to move; however, the team at Crossroads went above and beyond to make our loved one feel comfortable with moving. This allowed our loved one to adjust quickly. The staff are the nicest people to all the residents. I found Crossroads Manor for my mom and she moved in. This is a home environment, it's a six-bed facility run by a husband and wife. It's just more homey, and I couldn't bear to put her back into a skilled nursing facility. It's been an adjustment for her, but it seems like she's getting used to it.
