I have a grandfather living at Crown Pointe. Everyone is so nice here. The building is well maintained and they always have a ton of fun things going on for my grandpa to do. He really enjoys living here and he feels safe.

After personally visiting several places, Crown Pointe appeared to be "alive"! Bright lights, activities with lots a residents and staff participating. Clean and inviting. [name removed] wanted something bright, the apartment did not disappoint. Paint and carpet in coordinating shades of gray. Great size living area and bedroom; walk in closet that could be used as an office; adequate closet space in BR and bathroom. She's been there almost four full months and any small issues have been addressed immediately. And …

PositiveI would definitely recommend Crown Point to all looking for a pleasant, safe, and friendly living space.
Moving is never easy, but the people that moved me were wonderful. Crown Point is an easy place to live. The staff here is top notch, and it's my choice how active in daily events I want to be. Meals are good and on time. Rooms are ample, I chose a smaller room but you don't need many extras. I like it here at Crown Point.

Communication has failed a couple of times. Food is good and the aides are also. The room size is perfect. For being blind it is a nice size and mostly easy moving around. The only drawback is the size of the bathroom. It's hard for a wheelchair or upright walker to maneuver in and have an aide there also.

This facility has worked well for my dad. Mainly because he stays active even at 92. Dad is in a studio apt and he says that's all he needs. Since dad does not like to prepare meals the dining room accommodations are great. He gets to order from a menu rather than settling for whatever they fix as a special for the day. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking.
