PositiveMy dad was in Crystal Cove Care Center for two weeks. The staff was good to him. Everybody was on point, everything was very clean, and everybody was nice. He was not a very happy camper, but I was. He didn't want to be there. They pretty much had everything. They would do his laundry, all his meals, all his meds, therapy, and activities. He did have a lot going on. He liked all the food they gave him.

PositiveCrystal Cove Care Center is taking very good care of my friend. They are giving her a little bit of physical therapy and making sure she gets up and walks a little bit, at least 20 steps or more. The place is nice and clean. The people that I've met are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the place. The general appearance of the place is that it's very well-kept. The rooms are around the courtyard and the able patients can sit outside in the little courtyard. They have a large room where they do …

PositiveI stayed in Crystal Cove Care Center. Their service was very good. They were very friendly. They're excellent physical therapy and occupational therapy people. The food was OK. I was there a couple of days ago. I hurt my back, but it was all better. The reason I stayed there is because I didn't have any place to go, but I got someplace to go now.

PositiveMy uncle was admitted to Crystal Cove R.C. earlier this year. He had severe Down's Syndrome and Alzheimer's Disease and had recently been admitted into hospice care. He was cared for by the sweet staff for several months until he passed away yesterday. In all that time, I never once saw unclean bedding or bedclothes. He was routinely shaved. He was fed and hydrated by a gastric feeding tube which was always carefully monitored. I would like to give praise to everyone we came into contact with at Crystal C…

CriticalIt is not what a, facility looks like that really matters, it is the care, and the people who are taking care of patients. Staff leaving for other facilities. Parking is a challenge. Lots of 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathrooms.when it's cold no where to visit.

Criticalif I could give a zero, that's what this place would get. We brought my father there after a stroke, and they neglected to give him his blood pressure and diabetes medicines. His health dropped dramatically, going from communicative to unresponsive. He wasn't able to eat, so they literally stopped feeding him. One nurse actually said she tried to get him to eat a popsicle, but he couldn't. SO SHE GAVE UP. We had to put myddad back into the hospital. He never recovered and I blame them and their incom…
