Cypress Palms

This is the place for me to thrive for the rest of my life.

I moved into Cypress Palms a few months ago after the death of my wife of forty years and the loss of my home to flooding during Hurricane Helene. Our family had an in person tour with Cypress Palms and we thought the tour experience was excellent and would of been acceptable for our loved one. We just decided to go with another community because of the location, the price and the aesthetics.

Our family had an in person tour and it took them awhile to respond back to us about touring the facility. The facility itself was a little to big and overwhelming but that is also our opinion based.

Do your due dilligence

Our experience was awful, I am still very angry. On their basic assisted living it is probably a fine organization, but their memory care unit is where I had my issues. Staff had no clue how to handle my husband and they never called me or talked to me and asked about what he liked/disliked. They do not have a dietitian on staff. I had covid and could not see him for a few weeks and they never called to update me on how he was doing. They never called me for help, they would just call the cops instead. It was just …

The friendliness of the staff at Cypress Palms really stood out to our family right away, and based on our experience so far we would recommend them to other families.

Amazing facility and grounds are beautiful. [Name removed] was very helpful. Not sure facility is appropriate at this time , maybe for short respite stay.
