Rent has gone up over [amount removed]. Need new washers. But I'm sure everyone has had to go up in price. But I'm still very happy with the facility. They feed them plenty, but I'm not around much when feeding time occurs. As far as the staff, I think they are top notch! Very friendly and helpful. Moms in memory care and I think the world of the staff. Mom also in hospice care. They work great with staff too. Room sizes vary. Moms is like large studio. Plenty of room, but she's mainly in wheelchair now . The staff…

Everything here is great some days and non- existent other days. Personnel turnover is high. She recently went 3 weeks without having her room cleaned or her laundry done. She likes the location (in her hometown), although she has become socially withdrawn. She is in a one-year lease.

For the most part, our family and friends who've visited there have been pretty impressed with the place. It's very clean and efficient. The staff is friendly and seem to take care of Mom well. The food looks pretty good. They offer plenty of activities. Sometimes their communication could be a little better, but overall I've been satisfied and would highly recommend it.

I had a family friend in Memory care. she was sick and they kept her locked up, wouldnt allow her to call family.. Then they got new management and it became much worse. if you love your family stay far from this awful place

Dahlonega Assisted Living provides individual care for individual needs, with not too much fuss about the level of care. Everyone is treated equally based on their needs, so you don't have to be so concerned about the costs of this and that. Everyone gets good care all around, instead of nickel and diming the residents. They are also open to suggestions for improving - so that's good.
