CriticalWhat they promise and what they deliver are not often the same thing. Yes, they have only 6 beds, but the staff have no medical certifications, the "meals" are hit and miss (Based on what the staff cooks, not what the patient's family asks for) and the staff spends more time talking on their cell phone then tending to the patients. In addition, no medical transportation is provided, meaning the family has to pay for that.
