The staff was very friendly and informative. The facilities were clean and rooms were spacious. Everyone seemed to be happy who are staying there.

We met with [name removed] and she was absolutely terrific. We got to see both memory/assisted living and even meet some residents. We were very impressed with what we saw and more importantly what we felt...a really good vibe.

The facility has been renovated recently, and looks brand new. The people are very nice and accommodating. There are many activities available to the residents. They have three choices of living spaces(rooms). I saw two choices that were very nice.

[name removed] was a great host and provided us all of the information we asked for, or promised to send us what she didn't have at that time.

I am very happy here at Marbella Anaheim. The only thing is I cannot afford it. They have gone up in price, I think, three times since I've been here, and they're pricing me out. I share an apartment. I have a separate room, but we share the bathroom. I get three meals a day. They have some entertainment and cards, the normal things that they all have, but there's nothing that stands out. I've already had my rent raised from $1,800; now I'm up to $2,400. My dad loves his room. And I feel good knowing they check on him regularly. I'm there every week and he's liking it a lot.
