Liked the facility and the personal. Will consider moving there once we can touring the room we like.

ISince I'm not in California I did a virtual tour which was well done and I was able to ask questions and view the property.

My mother was in the assisted living community of Dale Commons in Modesto. We really liked the open layout of it. It was very well-lit and bright in appearance and atmosphere. The staff was also very friendly. My mom was able to have her own 1-bedroom apartment. There were a lot of activities, such as painting and movement classes, like exercise. There was bingo, although she never took advantage of it. There were Bible studies, luncheons, and painting classes that my mom was able to go to. It had a regular schedul…

It's a beautiful place and that's why my dad was drawn to it. However, he is unhappy there. We will be moving to [community removed]. Besides the nurse, everyone is fantastic. Compassionate and helpful. You really need to include pros and cons. I would have loved that information when making a huge decision like this. Each community requires [Amount Removed] to move in as a one time fee. Moving a loved one is incredibly stressful. To add the additional costs, makes it much more of a burden.

They really increased the prices this year. Cleanliness of his room is a small issue.

The food was good and service was good! The staff was polite and helpful. Her apartment was very nice! I don't think she needs to have her clothes set out for her! Otherwise it was a good visit!
