Overall the facility is very clean and organized. Nurse and Aide support is great. They are very engaged and are a part of the community. Mom has a nice size apartment and bathroom.

We started out with issues trying to get the medications correct. They were giving him the wrong medication for two weeks, despite multiple calls from me and faxes from the PCP. Once that was straightened out, things seemed to be going better. The apartment size is perfect, and the food is good. The front desk staff is not always helpful.

Not residence centered, unless professional (upper management), under staffed. They lose and misplace medication. They don’t follow the room or laundry cleaning schedule. They use cleaning staff for aides when under staffed. They use nurses in the kitchen when there is no kitchen staff.
