Rooms are fine. Food is ok. Not enough staff. If complain, you are causing trouble. If they don't agree with you, they make their own set of rules for your family member. Regretted ever putting my family member in this facility.

My mother inlaw was transferred from another place where she was not being taken care of properly. The staff at plum creek went over and above to accommodate and take care of her. Our family and mother inlaw were pleased with the care and compassion she received. Would recommend highly.

First of all it is not often that you find a family owned business around here-especially not an assisted living. The owner is always around and he has been in the business for a long time. Most of their directors have been there for 10+ years. They have a great system in place when it comes to nursing. The nurses do a great job taking care of dad. My mom lived in Plum Creek for several years. They were really good. We really like that place. We would have sent her back there if they had memory care, but they didn't. The staff was great. Out of all the facilities, she had been there the longest, but they were like family. They were just wonderful. I have never tried the food, but I didn't think it looked too bad. My review

The facility is nice and the pricing is lower than in other places. The room sizes were very nice, my husband liked the food but it was brought to rooms due to covid. I would recommend this facility to others

My mom was here for about 6 months. They did a very good job. Good food, nice staff!
