PositiveThe administrative staff is excellent, and it’s reassuring to see that many employees have been with the facility for a long time, with very little turnover. The nurses and med-techs communicate well and are very personable. The hands-on caregivers probably have some of the hardest jobs, and while there is occasional turnover, they are always open to communication and willing to address specific needs. PositiveThe areas rated "4"are primarily related to my mother’s personal challenges with significant hearing loss and partial blindness, which make some aspects of daily life more difficult for her. PositiveThis facility is affiliated with a church next door and is run by a Christian staff who appear to live by the tenets of their faith. This for us was a big plus. Also it is a relatively small facility and I believe that our loved one received closer attention that she would have in one of the larger facilities.
★★★★★
PositiveI really liked that it’s faith-based and a non-profit. The staff are very friendly and have been there long term, so there isn’t a lot of turnover. They check on my mom multiple times during the day and night (even though she sometimes is annoyed). :) It’s also a smaller facility, which feels more personal. They offer different levels of care and do regular evaluations, and if someone improves, they can move back to a lower level of care.

PositiveJust a great place to live!!! I always enjoy talking to the front desk staff! Everyone does an exceptional job! Excellent food, good sleep conditions, nice and quiet atmosphere, singing and we love the prayers.
