CriticalWe recently visited a friend who resides at this facility, and unfortunately, our experience was very concerning. When we arrived, we were confronted by one of the nurses/owners regarding the fact that we had not immediately signed in. The manner in which we were spoken to was aggressive, confrontational, and extremely uncomfortable. While we understand the importance of following visitor sign-in procedures, we believe there are professional and respectful ways to address visitors. The interaction left us deeply …

PositiveI took a tour of this community it was a nice place. My tour went fine the staff and tour guide were attentive. The tour guide took me to see the whole community and i was able to see the cleanliness and up-kept of it. I thought everything was put together nicely and there were nice staff.

Although a little more expensive than some of the other care homes, the staff are very friendly, caring and competent. The bedroom is pretty and is provided with a television in addition to the big screen TV in their living room. Clean and quiet.
