My mother and I toured this place. I had an appointment with Maria, but Rich (her husband) showed us around. No big deal, but worth noting. The house is on the smaller side, but in a nice neighborhood near a golf course. The house was very clean and homey, but seemed kind of dark to me. The available room was the master, very spacious, en suite bathroom and small side patio. Rich told me that in the spring, they plant lots of fruits and vegetables and I felt that was a nice touch.
