I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Dignified Carehome is nice. My father likes it there, and he's happy. Daphne and Nick are the main people who take care of him. They're amazing people. They genuinely care about their patients. You can tell by the way that they treat all of them. They have individualized care plans for all of them, and I like it. I believe there are seven residents there right now. All of the rooms right now, except for one, are shared. They do all kinds of stuff for all of them. A lot of them like to just hang out in the…

My husband is a resident of Dignified Carehome LLC, and he dislikes going into a cold bathroom. They don't have a heater in their bathroom. He doesn't care much for the food, and they don't have activities. It's a home for eight people. The lady who sorts pills and does the cooking is Daphne, and she's very nice. He does not care for the male people who take care of him. He's in a shared room that is quite small.
