This is our first experience with an assisted living facility and it has not been smooth. They got us to put him there but everything has been a bit of a struggle. We have told them twice we are picking him up once to take him to Breakfast for Easter and one for a VA appointment today neither time was he dressed or shaved. We switched to their in house doctors and pharmacy for ease but they thought it was only for part of his prescriptions. Why would we do that?? They never answer the phone even when calling the …

This is the ultimate memory care assisted living facility that feels like you’ve walked into someone’s home. It is a good safe environment for her. The older staff enjoy working there so much that they have brought their children on board. My mom has a favorite. My picky eater mom has gained weight during her time there and enjoys having home-cooked food versus her former Meals on Wheels diet.. I get communication if there are any bumps or scrapes or falls. We moved our loved ones from another facility. Within 10 minutes, the staff immediately noticed a fairly significant need that had been overlooked. The quality of the care drastically improved for my loved ones. It is a home, not a facility. All of the staff seem to know what is going on and are quick to give an update. As family members, we also feel a part of the community!!!
