Poor treatment of their residents

Poor communication, nutrition, treatment. They do not follow doctor ordered plans in physical therapy. They do not tell you when your loved one has been ill ar report it so they can be recieve doctor care in a timely manner. Few speak english so communication barrier. They do not keep them hydrated and take care of some other basic needs. So frustrated my loved one is being treated this way. They need to do much better! Also this place is hard to reach anyone. You get a recording.

This was one of only a few choices I had at the time. I was not pleased but it turned out to be fine.

Needs improvements to justify cost

My mom said the food is bad. They have NO activities except for bingo sometime. I would say you get what you pay for however they raised my moms fees from [fee removed] to [fee removed] a month and it is not that nice of a facility. They said they did it to everyone and had to to be competitive. That rate is sickening with no activities.

Overall pleased

Sylvan Crossings had availability quickly when I was needing to move my loved one. The staff here is very good. They seem to handle his care well if not better than where he was at previously. I would recommend them to others.

This review is for the Chapel Crossings location of Sylvan Crossings. I was looking into moving my other into Sylvan. It would have been ideal for her to live here, as it is quite close by. However, I was far from impressed with them. We initially had them in for two home visits. On the first visit, one of the people in charge came.
