My experience here at discovery place has been very nice. [name removed] is a delight and an asset to Discovery Place. I come to visit a dear friend that has just moved in. The staff [name removed] behind the desk is a sweetheart as is everyone else I can’t say enough about the facility.

It’s not home, but it’s the closest thing. I can imagine to being at home for my mom. The sense of community is prevalent. We enjoy the friendly staff and residents. The activity director and her staff are excellent and plan various fun activities. We appreciate that transportation is available when needed. Overall our experience at Discovery Village is favorable.

Like most places, the weekend shift is not as "good" as the weekday. These days it's hard to find good quality people in most fields, but the CNA/health care is tough and it shows in facilities like these. I would recommend Allegro Tallahassee to others looking.

The facility is very well planned out and has everything a person needs. Staff for the most part is great with exception of the dining staff. They have too many odd offerings instead of basic meat and potatoes. They do have an everyday menu that has basic meal choices.
