CriticalPlease do not send your loved ones to this deplorable facility. My son was thrown out into the streets and no one contacted us. He was having sexual relationships with staff and they were giving him drugs. The DON lack all compassion and is an absolute witch. This facility needs shut down immediately!

PositiveI was very pleased with the care my Uncle received . Staff went above and beyond to meet his needs. The activities were engaging and fun. Nursing care was professional and compassionate. I would recommend.

CriticalPrison inmates get better care) My brother has lost his hearing aid and his phone. Phone at nurses station goes un-answered, sometimes even front desk doesn't answer! Bottom line . . . Choose a different facility!
★★★★★
CriticalThis is the second time my sister has been here and the first time, which was about 6 years ago, was great. This time she had a hearing aid mysteriously come up missing as well as the clothes she had on when admitted. It seems like it has went downhill and someone likes to pick up things that are not theirs to take. This is unacceptable in any situation but especially when one has no choice and needs competent and trustworthy help. In the future she needs to go to a facility such as this, it will NOT be Canal Point…

CriticalI CONTINUE TO BE HEARTBROKEN, BECAUSE THIS FACILITY IS STILL OPEN💔 99.9% OF STAFF IS HERE JUST FOR THE PAYCHECK. My brothers life was saved barely when a facility in Wooster, OH took him in. He was on a vent and septic from bedsores from being at this facility. 🙏 For the residents and their families.🙏
