Parents that’s 2 in their care and have only been there maybe 20 hrs and my pops didn’t get any pain meds for 7 hrs He had Kinsey and back surgery done, my mother can not take care of herself yet she had a very bad female problem and while I was there she pushed her call button several times in a twenty minute period and still nobody responded , if I wasn’t there bouncing from room to room with them she would have never made it to the bathroom! I have talked to several people there , and never seen a nurse or thera…

Awful place .I will never recommend this to anybody. They will lie to you.The food as awful and always cold.My mom passed away there they call my son when my mom went unresponsive instead of me her P.o.a. Not even sure how they got his number. She paid 325 a day couldn't get a shower or a warm meal for thst price.

A few good staff is all they have. Not enough for 24/7 care. My father had open heart sx. Staff was having him pull himself up and down. Left him lay in his own BM. We would get there before they came in his room. Left his picc line open, not covered. It was unreal. Family bathed him so he could have one. Talked to Kelly she was no help made excuses for his bad care. Discharge him without his home health, IV antibiotics , and no PT or OT set up. Excuse was social worker left.

Green Village Nursing Home is the worst place anybody could ever take their loved ones. They did not take care of my mom at all she had dementia I went in to have back surgery and when I come back I seen the look on her face she started crying for me and the girl that work there told me they were not taking care of my mom at all. They were not making sure she was eating, getting her medicine, or even getting a bath my mom smelled so bad it was awful. I'm not just saying this to be mean it is the truth and othe…

My father-in-law was at Green Village. They provided excellent care. His room was fantastic, very clean, and very neat. His therapy was excellent. They offered a lot of different things. The food was very good and very fresh. The staff was fantastic. Everything was topnotch. It's a new facility, it's in great shape, and every staff member was fantastic. It's a great facility. They have a beautiful outdoor area.
