Late relative was a patient at this facility in October, 2022 and this place was filthy and understaffed. He was placed in a room with a person that had been at this place for 10 years and the room was even dirtier!! My late relative was nonverbal and bedridden but that did not make any difference to the staff. I was with my relative every day the complete month of October until they were transferred to another facility. This was a very bad experience for my relative and myself during some very difficult moments in…

Please before you entrust your loved ones at this facility do your homework. The CNA’s are rude, they leave patients unchecked for hours. They will not give them water and after 10 pm they do nothing. Talking to management does nothing as they only are nice to you when the state comes in or they are in front of the camera. Please again ask questions read the reviews and look up the company history. I am speaking as a relative of a soon to be previous resident.

Our dear family church member had a very bad experience in this facility, she was lactose intolerant and the staff kept giving her dairy products, she had BM and was not changed for over two+ hours, we took her to another place at half the price and now she's been taken care of like a human being should. Seniors don't deserve to stay in these type of facilities where they are mistreated. ZERO star facility.

Duncanville Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center was willing to help. The rehab center itself is more geared toward stroke patients. The staff there are pretty good; they're great. They tried to accommodate my mother and all her needs, and they were willing to learn about different and new patients. I haven't heard her complain about the food. She's in quarantine. I haven't been in there, but just by looking through the door, it's nice. I'm getting what I pay for.
