My mom has moved into Eastview at Middlebury. It is right in the town we live in, and that is very important for us. It's a smaller place. They have a lot of staff. It's just a nice, homey facility. She has a one-room apartment with a nice-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a couple of windows in her room. It's very nice. Fresh carpet paint. Overall, we felt that Eastview At Middlebury would be a great fit for my mom. It was smaller, so there was more coverage with care. Also, there was a lot of access to the outdoors, which she will love. We saw the assisted living and memory care. It seemed very clean and homey. They had lots of gardens and flowers, and it was really pretty. They didn't have any hospital smells or anything like that. I'm so happy we chose this community for mom she is getting great care here . All the staff is helpful and caring. If we request something they get right on it. All the residents seem happy.The food is good and everything is always clean and kept up. The grounds have a nice garden and a walking path. Just a very positive atmosphere I would recommend this to anyone looking.
