The overall experience with A Place for Mom while trying to find a place for Dad has been absolutely phenomenal! Guiding us with the facilities that would be ideal and assisting my Sister to schedule tours around her complex schedule was a huge benefit. Selecting The Arbors was so easy once she attended her tour, and allowing her to take photos for my brother and I was immensely helpful. When [name removed] and team were able to provide the assistance with coordinating his move from Rehab relieved a LOT of pressure…

I was most impressed with the staff, from the director on down…..the director assisted us immensely as we needed to move my spouse immediately or incur far greater cost as she was considered as custodial care by the hospital. My spouse was at The Arbors for approximately 6 months. I noticed an improvement with my spouse which I credit to both her care and proper medication…..I would visit several times a week and found the staff very friendly and attentive to her needs!…..The staff would always respond to our needs…

My husband has been a resident at The Arbors for almost 3 years, and I am totally satisfied and comforted that he is there. The staff and the aides are wonderful with. the residents. I have witnessed only kindness and patience used in all dealings with those living there, as well as a good dose of cheerfulness and humor. It'a a very nice environment. Last year the Arbors completed an entire interior overhaul, delayed because of COVID, and they look great.

The Arbors of Shelburne gets all 5 stars. All the staff was helpful ALL the time. I'm not saying that this was the best experience but was as good as it could get. Would not have a problem recommending Arbors to anyone looking for that kind of help.

The Arbors at Shelburne was informative. It was a clean and friendly facility. The staff was very knowledgeable, experienced, and welcoming. It just more resembled a nursing home than what we were looking for, but they had a patio, games, and resident-gathering opportunities.
