CriticalMy mom stayed here for not even 2 months and I had to get her out! The lady admin at the time,Joan was awesome but everything else was awlful!!! I cant tell you how many times my mom was wet,dirty,had 2 depends on during the day when I visited her..:(

PositiveI have asked for some materials on the visiting physician, the in-house doctor, and I've asked twice but I've never recieved anything. That was my only complaint. My mother doesn't participate but supposedly they have bingo and some other stuff. She's just not an over friendly person. She kind of just comes out an eats her meals and goes back to her room. I think she likes it as well as any place. I like that it's not a nation wide thing and there aren't a lot of people.

CriticalThis facility is small and modest. I've only visited a few times, but the staff comes off as caring and competent. The security of the entrance in the Alzheimer's building is top-notch. You have to have someone to let you enter and exit. They make it very difficult for a disorientated patient to wander off and I'm thankful for that. The amenities are of average quality, but every patient does have access to a private space. The rooms that I have seen are a decent size with enough space to comfortably…
