Eden turned out to be an excellent fit for my Uncle. The staff is warm and welcoming; they made sure to give him the time he needed to adjust to his new environment. It's very clean, and bright and there is always something for the residents to do. I love how they can fix up their rooms...called apartments to really be an extension of home; be it a favorite easy chair, microwave, decor....just about anything. I highly recommend Eden Heights for your loved one.

My Dad lived at Eden Heights of West Seneca for almost 2 years. He was lucid & mobile, totally independent, & celebrated his 100th birthday early this year. The staff is extremely helpful & friendly. My brother will be moving into Eden Heights of West Seneca. The tour was fine. Everyone was nice. The place was well-kept. It was a beautiful place. The inside was lovely. They have a great activities calendar. They go on field trips. They have the care that he needs. The rooms are beautiful. The dining room is wonderful. My mom was at Eden Heights of West Seneca City for about a year. We chose it for the location and affordability, she was able to afford it at that time, but things have changed. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere gets friendly, I was hoping she could stay there, but she can't. It's a good layout, she likes the food, and the dining area is very big.
