Eden Stow staff are professional and mom has settled in nicely. The staff are friendly and attentive to residents. The only complaint is they don't do enough showers for residents and there slow on changing bed linens.

Eden Vista was clean and caring with attentive staff...the only thing was administrative when things were finally over. Regarding the refund.

This facility was one of the best that we toured, the staff was very pleasant. The experience was amazing, very clean. Everyone was willing to answer any questions that we had. We were there when the residents were getting ready for lunch, the care partners were very helpful with the residents and the service was on point.

I have been to this facility many times. It’s always clean and the residents happy. The staff is very accommodating to the residents. There are many different activities celebrated for each and every Holiday especially residents birthdays. But don’t take my word for please stop in and see for yourself. Take a tour. If you’re looking for a home away from home for your loved one. Then look no farther than Eden Vista of Stow.

this place is great, except for the food

They need more people on the weekend especially on Saturday day and night shift. The food was fine, then about 6 weeks ago someone decided to switch to "restaurant style" meaning residents order from a very limited menu, while sitting at their tables... like a restaurant. Since the switch it is typical to wait an hour for meals, order is often wrong, and if you have to have a meal in your room, due to illness, the resident will wait at least two hour for a meal, and often the meal is whatever they bring you, becaus…

Overall a great place. The kitchen needs a lot of help

Eden Vista has been a wonderful place for my mom. The staff is kind, attentive, and I feel as though this is the best place for her. The only problem is the kitchen food is good, but it is often late and cold upon arrival. It just seems very unorganized. Other than the Kitchen… it is a very nice.
